Did you know that by owning Zards® you also get IP rights to use them for your commercial or personal projects? Check out our guide below to find out more!
What does IP mean?
IP means Intellectual Property. As a Zards® holder we give you the rights to the individual Zards® that you own, meaning you can commercialize them. By owing the IP to your Zards®, you also prevent others from unauthorized use.
What can I do with my Zards® IP?
You may use your Zards® image for commercial and personal projects, whether this is a product, a service or as art for your brand.
Can I make merchandise from my Zards®?
Yes, although any merchandise produced has to be from the exact image of the Zard(s) you own.
What rights don't I have?
You cannot use the Zards® name or logo in any branding associated with your business. We also prohibit the use of your Zards® from the following activities:
- Illegal / malicious activities.
- XXX / Adult related activities.
What happens if I sell my Zard?
If you sell your Zard, you no longer own the IP rights to the image of that Zard. The new owner of the Zard now owns the rights.
To tie in with our IP Rights, we have created our Made By Zards® brand, which will showcase some of the IP uses that our holders have created.
